December 2022 – CROss Alliance® Medical Writers attended (both in presence and remotely), the 54th EMWA Conference held in Riga, Latvia. The event offered many workshops covering a wide range of medical writing topics, together with an expert seminar series on sustainability in medical communication.
Part of the program was also a Mini Symposium focused on practices and perspectives of plain language summaries for scientific publications, characterised by a free-flowing dialogue between speakers and panellists.
EMWA Conference fulfilled the necessity of staying up-to-date in the field of Medical Writing, with the enjoyable opportunity of networking and taking part in exciting social events.
